Our secret Sims bureau chief reports that EA will be releasing some new Sims 2 downloads on Thursday October 14th. Accessible from the in-game browser, the new items should help your Sims get into the Halloween spirit. Included in the pack are those giant inflatable Halloween yard decorations that are all the rage nowadays: A giant pumpkin, an inflatable black cat, and a bunch of monsters popping out of a cauldron. The decorations are not only animated - they glow in the dark when the sun goes down. The Sims in the screens shown here don't seem to know what to make of 'em. Looking for costumes?
